Review: I could not wait for this title to hit the bookstores. I had heard it was coming out on the radio, and I own every other Tony Little product there is, so I just had to have this book too. He is the best Personal Trainer that anybody could have. I have learned so much from him about self-esteem and motivation. I can't wait to receive my book in the mail. I'm sure it will live up to my expectations and then some. Thank you, Tony!

Review: This book is very reader-friendly. I found it to answer many of my questions in a simple, to-the-point manner. The exercises are challenging, and the pictures make them easy to follow. Tony's down to earth attitude is refreshing. This book encourages me to keep healthy!
