Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Excelent Source of information
Review: The authors of this book have worked really hard, and deserve a pat on the back. While there is A LOT of information crammed into each chapter, every tidbit of material is illustrated with case studies and little examples that really help aid comprehension of the material. There are a lot of definitions, which students usually have difficulty memorizing, however this book gives such good, real life examples that I feel students will have no trouble at all remembering the material.

I do wish there were some sample questions for the chapters though. I like to have some "sample test questions" just to re-assume myself I am on track.

In any case, this book is a wonderful source of information for anyone working in social services. Beginning students will like how easy it is to read.
