Review: This is such a thorough study guide for the diagnostic imaging section of the boards. I used this book along with Yochums book,"Skeletal Radiology" and aced this portion of the boards. I was glad I used this book because it showed me the type of questions asked on this portion of the boards. In fact, about 50% of the part 4 boards is on diagnostic imaging if you count also the post-history and post-diagnostic rooms. The thing about this test that is insane is the short time limit you are given for each question. Without this book, I think I would have failed part IV because I would not know what to expect. I have to say I was a lot more calm when taking the test because I was ready for the type of questions that were being asked. This is a must book for anyone taking the Part 4 boards. It's better than spending well over $1000 plus traveling expenses to take the test again.
