Summary: Learning to love the person within
Review: Learning about Tantric Yoga is learning to love the person you are and caring for that sacred self. Vimala McClure takes you on that journey in this publication. This is material that can add depth and beauty to any woman's life weather they chose to follow the path of Tantra or not.

The varied chapters cover topics ranging from spiritual matters to a woman's physical health. Chapter 3 is an in depth coverage of the Psychospiritual Anatomy, discussing the Chakra system and the layers of the mind. There is a chapter on Physical Health that goes into the benefits of yoga postures, as well as a very good chapter on aspects of meditation and how to make it a positive and regular part of your life. The section on 'Tantra's Code of Ethics' not only helps to convey the moral ideals of this path but also goes into how to apply these morals in parenting, and sharing values with children. A short section on pregnancy is also included in the book.

An enjoyable book with contents tailored for the special needs of a woman, this is a guide to nurturing the spiritual self.
