Review: This book makes perfect sense! What you eat is all about the lifestyle choices that you make. Forget other books that promote fad dieting. Jill Fleming has helped me to lose the weight I have been struggling with for years. I have no doubt that with the lifestyle choices this book has helped me make, I will keep this weight off for my lifetime. It is an easy read I will always keep at my bedside. I loved the comments she had from others who have followed her program, they have been inspirational.
