Review: I am truly enjoying the book. I only have a few pages to go, and I am savoring them. I am sure I will read it again as soon as I am done, there is a lot of information in there, and I certainly feel better about myself WHILE I am reading! I find myself talking about this book all the time, and often getting it out during conversations so I can quote Julia exactly. I'm so lucky this book found its way to me!

Review: Recently I've been considering what to do with the next part of my life. In the midst of searching outside for answers, RECREATING EDEN reminded me to turn my attention 180 degrees; it has inspired me to look to my Self.

I long knew I had a Higher Self, but didn't quite know about communing with It, except through meditation, which is not always possible in my busy, noisy life. RECEREATING EDEN tells of many ways to raise frequency, thereby coming closer to Spuirit and achieving the benefits of living in a higher realm of being and knowing.

Since reading the book I've been making choices based on feeding and loving my Higher Self, aligning myself with my highest good, which raises frequency and opens the channel of communication even more.
