Review: Good nutriton and staying in motion......Chris motivates us by making it all sound doable.....starting with 10 minutes each day, I easily felt like doing a little more each day.....forget diets.....it's common sense for healthy living.

Summary: If you want to get some motivation read this book!
Review: I loved this book! After reading it I felt motivated to go do something about those 20 extra pounds I am carrying around. It is filled with great ideas for getting moving and for the first time ever I think I am going to try a new exercise like pilates. I liked the charts and pictures that were included. Overall I would highly recommend it--especially if you are like me and have been lacking motivation to get started on a healthier path.
