Rating: Summary: Fabulous and highly recommended Review: Your Final Diet IS fabulous! Finally, a book that tells you how to stop the crazy cycle of endless diets. This book is an absolute must-read for anyone who is thinking of going on a diet, on a diet, or just struggling with weight and body image. This book is like really inexpensive therapy! Dr. Aronowitz's style is conversational and witty and the book is full of good, practical advice and insights. One of the best parts of the book is her list of healthy junk foods. These ARE wonderful (and, better yet, they're guilt free.) Your Final Diet is a tremendous book, an entertaining read and truly a blessing for the weight and diet-obsessed among us.
