Summary: Excellent Synopsis for those into Alternative Health
Review: This book is a treasure trove of useful sage advice about maintaining your physical health from a German Mystic circa 1800. The book is a distillation from another multi topic multivolume Lorber work, however it is a pleasant and quick read. The book is not made for those who are dedicated to the alter of science and the so called scientific method ( who will without doubt scorn this work). But for those with true understanding of spirituality this book can be a literal life saver. The revelations contained therein, written some 200 years ago are still the best advice (IMHO) for dealing with or preserving the vitality of the physical vehicle that we occupy during our lifetime. This is a practical book, that can imporve the quality of your life. There is no miracle penicillin cure here, but use this as a guide book to alter your style and mode of existence slowly. I found several ideas that I already have implemented. I think you will be well served by reading this book and taking much of its good advice to heart.
