Summary: Excellent help
Review: My husband is currently working through this book. I have just read it - in one sitting. It has helped me understand what he is going through and at the same time, helped me to know how to express my feelings about what he is going through. I was also able to identify various stages of my recovery, which I hadn't noticed before. An excellent book and one I will highly recommend to husbands and partners of those recovering from abuse, especially sexual abuse as a child.
