Summary: Great book
Review: I am so happy I read this book - I feel so much better knowing there are others out there that feel the same way I do. It was a great book to get me motivated into tackeling my anxiety and phobias. I looked forward to reading this book every hour. The author gives reference to many other books on various subjects which is also helpful for further reading. I would highly recommend.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Fellow brain-author commends the subject matter!
Review: This book discusses the components of treating depression and anxiety that many professionals ignore in lieu of drugs and once-a-week psychotherapy. To combat these maladies so common in our stress-filled society, one needs to use a wider scope of tools, many of which are well covered in this book. May I recommend "The Care and Feeding of Your Brain" as a companion guide to this excellent and easy-to-read book on the whole-person approach to anxiety and depression...all the best, Ken Giuffre MD
