Rating: Summary: Andrus has been there herself: credible fitness author Review: Crystal Andrus has been there with her weight so this program has been tested on herself. It's refreshing to access the advice of someone who has struggled with the same challenges you have. I have often wondered if other diet and fitness gurus were truly overweight themselves. Simply Women is packed with receipes, food combining tips, supplements advice, and excercises for the gym and home that are intended to get results. Not alot of lecturing or analysis but down home "action items" and "to do's" presented in a sequential, organized manner. Even includes a CD workout for those times when you can't get to a gym or have young children at home. Bravo Crystal!
Rating: Summary: Awesome book!! Review: So far I absolutely love this book. It's very easy to follow. I don't feel overwhelmed like I have with other books. She guides you slowly and clearly through every chapter and urges you to take one chapter per week. She takes you through a slow process to help you learn about yourself and to change your bad habits into a lifetime change as opposed to going back to your old habits in a month or two.

Along with changing our eating patterns gradually, the author also teaches us about the vitamins that our bodies require in order to lose weight more effictively. This is an amazing book/program.
