Summary: Used this to conceive!
Review: My body and mind have never been in sync, so this book was a real eye-opener for me! Easy to follow and logical. We used this book in conjunction with a series of Clomid and both feel we scored a hit (and a gorgeous baby boy!) almost first try because we used both in conjunction. It also saved my husband's energy!! We shall use it again (in reverse, like another reviewer) when we're ready for our second.

Review: My husband and I decided that we no longer wanted to use artificial birth control for health reasons. This book really took us step by step into the Natural Family Planning Method. The book was very easy to understand and extremely informative. I have recommended this book and this method to every married couple that I know. This book should be required reading for every married couple, because Natural Family Planning is a healthy, inexpensive way to delay parenthood, and this book explains the method clearly.

Review: This book is okay as an overview, but I would never use just it as a guide for Fertility Awareness. Get Toni Weschler's book - much more in-depth & more examples.
