Summary: Ethics and Values in Psychotherapy
Review: I have been conducting workshops in Ethics for Psychologists for several years. After reading Alan Tjelveit's well written and well reasoned book, I highly recommend it in my workshops. I also no longer need to write one myself. Alan took the words out of my mouth, and said it better. It's should be required reading in graduate schools. He ties dry ethics to a rich and interesting connection to deeper issues. It makes so much more sense, and has so much more meaning, than "thou shalt" ethics thinking that is often communicated by others.
