Review: I've been interested in reflexology for some time, but could only find charts with little explanation, or books with no hands-on instructions. This book is the answer to my quest. Wonderful charts for feet and hands, and combined with specific and general instructions--I couldn't be happier. This book also has a holistic approach combining aromatherapy and diet; along with personal and family applications. Ms. Gillanders shares her knowledge, her secrets and herself beautifully in this book. Get one for yourself and everyone on your Christmas list!
