Review: M. Sara Rosenthal is the first author that I have read, female at that, to let woman know that PMS is not a disease or even a syndrome. She lets her readers know that certain symptoms are signs of changing hormones within the menstral cycle and she tells us how we can coast through these changes without losing our minds. I have read a lot of women's health books and this is the best one I've come across so far! Thank you to her!
