Summary: Excellent reference
Review: I started reading this book last fall. Following the author's advice, I relaxed and started to have fun with the whole dating process. I went out and met a bunch of people, and recently started dating one of them exclusively. The tips I learned in this book had a lot to do with that. I feel like my communication is better and I'm able to enjoy dating more. I have a good handle on how to approach difficult topics, which takes a lot of the stress out of getting to know someone. I will continue referring to the later chapters in the book as my relationship progresses.

Summary: Not that good...
Review: The reviews below must have been posted by the books author or publishing company because this book is just not that good. It has a few good ideas and it might be worth skimming through it at the library but there are much better books for the money.

Rating: 5 stars
Summary: Best book ever written on dating
Review: This book helps you set the stage for not only a successful dating relationship, but a lifelong partnership with somebody. Nina Atwood explains how to have the tough conversations that will get you through the difficult times, leaving the rest of your time open for happy, loving relationships. It is one of the most common-sense, down-to-earth dating books I've ever read.
