Summary: Cult Propaganda
Review: A book on mental health by a second rate Sci-Fi author? Put on your tin hat and read how galactic ruler Xenu is the cause of all your problems in life *ROTFL*. People really buy into this garbage?

This wacko cult has been clearly debunked by the work of http://www.xenu.net/ an numerous other researchers.

Save your cash. You want Sci-Fi? Go read Ray Bradbury or Isaac Asimov.

Summary: A Magnificent Reference
Review: I found this little book to be a magnificent reference in that it is immediately usable in the understanding of people. It can be put into immediate use once you read it and that is one of the appealing characteristics about Hubbard's work, it is usable. Not only that, it works and it is simple! Anyone who works with people in any fashion will find this book extremely useful.

Summary: It Works
Review: I learned how to talk to an angry person. That sometimes comes in handy. It's common sense because it works and is natural. Try it.

Summary: Attempt to mind control.......... content with weird accents
Review: I would give this book zero points, because it lacks of validitation.
A phenomenal language constructions does not show logic, coherence and scientific backup.

Summary: A simple preamble to mindcontrol
Review: The purpose of this short, philosophical disaster is to callibrate people, by assigning a number to their behavior. This book contains no empirical data, whatsoever! The claims in this booklet are NOT scientifically proven. The book has small pictures of how people look when they have a certain emotion, like anger or grief. What bogus! There are a million ways how people look when they are angry, there is no such thing as coined expression! Hubbard has written it without the slightest sense of philosophical or scientific method. It completly denies the axioms of logic. It's a niece example of how you can make a fortune writing everything out of the top of your head!

Summary: How to deal with others
Review: This little book has been really helpful to me in dealing with others.

It explains where people are at emotionally - how to tell where they are at - and how to get your communication across to them.

I took communications courses in college, and this information has been far more valuable to me, in terms of practical use.

If you have ever experienced trying to communicate with another person - and ending up feeling like understanding just didn't come about, no matter how hard you tried - then get this booklet! It explains why this happens, and how to overcome the barriers. It's universal, too - you don't need to give someone a lengthy personality quiz to understand them better! Just by observing the person you can figure out how to communicate with them. It's a gem of a book!
