Review: After being diagnosed with Bi-Polar Depression, Obsessive-Compulsive disorder, and Social Anxiety (I guess I have a few problems), I read a few of the "self help" books sold through Amazon, none of them came close to the pracical information given here. I really got a handle on the scope of mental illness, and the most up to date treatments available. A VERY good book!
