Summary: Colons unfairly derided
Review: For decades, Americans have avoided learning about the wonders of the colon. According to the Rev. J. Jackson, who has crawled up many a colon: "When we needed was more high colonics, we had gin & tonics. We never learned "prior to a list, full pause" because instead we marched for our cause. Keep Bob Hope Alive!"
Another figure experienced in such matters, the Rev. A. Sharpton, noted that: "Colon ain't no punc-tiation, Colon ain't no Colombian town. Colon be the latest thing, and remember distal be meanin "down."

It may well be those generations of prune-faced spinster Elementary Life Science teachers who purposefully tore the pages from anatomy books and plunged the colon into a dark foul banishment not seen since Jonah. Or puffy-faced, chain smoking male Biology 101 teachers decided that any bodily structure a mere chip shot from the anus was best left off the overhead acetate, for the sniggering of teenage boys would be more than his nearly clogged arteries could take. Deciding ignorance was a better than apoplexy, these NEA members selfishly denied our youth a view that extended inward of their own sphincters.

But this book, with its tight, yet supple prose and ability to move things along without discomfort provides relief in a regular way that is both satisfying and efficient.

Hand me some tissue, I'm done.

Summary: It worked for me
Review: I read this book with interest some 4 years ago now.
Back then I was suffering with cronic pain in the bowel, had numerous test at doctors and hospital, all with no diagnosis.
This book made me realise what we do to our bodies with diary products and I gave up this food group immediately, and went on the cleansing program for 4 to 5 months.
Within 3 months the pain had gone, and to this day has never returned !

Summary: Excellent Information
Review: This book is inexpensive and short. It can be read in one sitting. It gives all the details and explains very well how to cleanse your colon WITHOUT enemas or fasting. The products he recommends can be easily found over the internet by doing a search "Robert Gray Colon." This is by far the best information I have found and the easiest program to follow. Robert Gray really knows what he is talking about.

Summary: A MUST FOR ANYBODY INTERESTED IN SELF-HELP HEALTH CARE!
Review: This book truly is "a reading must for every seeker after improved health." Vibrant health begins with colon/bowel management and this book explains everything. If you are looking for a book on the subject that is both comprehensive and comprehendible AND can be read in under a day's time, then this is THE book! My search for health and for an explanation of disease has finally led me to this book. Its truths are simple, yet too profound to deny. This book should be a pre-requisite to other health readings and regimens, otherwise your efforts to understand and to cleanse may be in vain. I wish I had read this book first! I now realize that I have been taking for granted and ignorant of the significance of intestinal health. If you don't believe in and/or don't understand its significance, then you need to read this book, lest you never purge yourself of the ungodly decaying waste matter and putrefaction that most likely is festering inside of you as you read this. Don't take my word for it, though. There is a whole world wide web of information on the subject! A good place to start is HPS-ONLINE.COM Check it out and see (pictures) for yourself! Take care and good luck :)
