The "A-Z of Essential Oils" Chapter explains the origin of the specific oil, its main constituents, qualities, traditional uses & cautions. Also, included are "must have" charts that give info on application and use of oils for specific ailments. There is also a chapter that teaches how each application is performed. This book has been like a bible for me. A complete source book for all budding Aromatherapists. I highly recommend it.

Charts for using oils for common ailments & cautions too. Massage techniques. History of aroma therapy and dictionary of oils and their uses. Besides all this it is a beautiful book !
