But as I read through the pages, I discovered that it has some very valuable, easy-to-use ideas on how to improve the way I eat, look after my home, relate to people, work and relax. To my mind, this is not a book that can change my life overnight, but it can certainly change the way I live, bit by bit, or should I say, tip by tip! The information contained in the book is golden, and the writer's easy style is a bonus. I recommend it highly.
