Review: Alan Seale's book truly embodies all the tools one needs to get their life in shape. I can't begin to explain the difference it has made in my life thus far and the good news is I've only just begun my journey. To bring forth the Love within, is to embrace your truth! Thanks to Alan, I am ever so close to walking hand in hand with my true self through God. A must read!

Summary: The exercises are awesome!
Review: I have read numerous books that deal with the subject of chakras, visualization, but this one definitely has something special! It is very non-dogmatic, and focuses on creating experiences that reconnect you with your spirit. I go back to it at times of inner struggle and reread some of the exercises as well as the chapter on the heart chakra. Then I massage the heart chakra spot with circular motions while reading and pretty soon I feel the uneasiness in me dissipate! It is a great way of letting go.

I definitely recommend this book.
