Rating: Summary: Thankyou, Dr McCullough Review: At last, I found a book that not only supported my views on Therapy and Recovery groups, but also approached the issue of being a victim with such compassion that anyone caught in this trap will be able to read and recieve it. Over the last 17 years I have observed people close to me go from one therapist to another and from one recovery group to another and never quite recover. These people have been labeled with every kind of condition, phobia and syndrome imaginable - most coming from the imagination of the 'therapist' or 'counsellor'. Though they are no doubt sincere and really do care about their clients, most have failed to bring those people to full recovery. With the help of Dr McCullough's book, many should benfit, if they can find a copy. I picked mine up in a second hand book store in Sydney for $4.00. The best $4 I've ever spent. I recommend it to any Therapist or counsellor as well as anyone wanting to become a victor rather than a victim.
