Summary: Jump Start Your Day!
Review: I start out every morning with this book, before getting out of bed. It lifts my spirits, brings the beautiful Presence of the Divine into my awareness, and my day invariably unfolds the blessings of that spiritual input. As a retired Army Chaplain (Colonel) with a doctorate in Church History, plus a practicing metaphysician in New Thought for over 40 years, I can truly say that I have never found a contemporary book so helpful and inspiring--and fun, yes, fun to read and fun to practice!

Summary: Yes, you need this book
Review: This insipring book is a gift in itself, even if it has not been given to you. For matters of complicated, everyday life, this book provides practical, easy and effortless answers and solutions to questions and problems. This book is not just about how to "fix things when things go wrong". It is also about upping your everyday consciouness, having more energy, a smile on your face, and how to be a happier person within yourself. For me, this book has helped me find strength, happiness, intelligence, and willpower within myself and not have to rely on the outside world. I am currently a senior in college, appling for graduate school, balecing a social life, a family life, and a job. When things get overwhelming I use the principals and practices laid forth in this book. I highly recommend it to anyone of any age, no matter the situation. Academic institutions teach the scientific connection between mind and body, this explains the practical connection between mind, body, and everything, and to use it to your advantage.
