It's written by one of the show's producers and--like the show itself--is funnier than anyone has a right to expect. If you like the show, you'll like the book.

Although quirky, all over the map, and extremely anecdotal, this guide manages to accomplish the very same thing that the show does. It's like a literary report done on the Jerry Springer show. It leaves you gawking in disbelief while you're subconsciously thanking God that your own dating experiences are nowhere near as crazy as these folks! A very guilty pleasure.
