Review: I have had this little treasure since it was first published. It lives in my gym bag and provides meditations that I use at the end of yoga-based fitness classes that I teach. It is a little treasure that deserves space on many shelves.

Review: I like the idea of being kind. The meditations help but I personally found it difficult to be kind when I was operating on so much fear. This fear was removed by the book An Encounter With A Prophet. After my core fears were gone the meditaitons in this book became more real to me and my kindness was not fake.

Review: This is a wonderful little book of vignettes--to inspire kindness in our daily lives. As a fan of Harold Kushner's, the introduction was thoughtful and gave cause for consideration in today's stressfilled world. I've found that by simply reading a page or two, it helps keep kindness in the forefront of my lifestyle--a daily reminder of how I want to live my life--being kind and courteous to everyone I have contact with. I have bought copies for all the important people in my life and for a few others in hopes that kindness will become a way of life for everyone and our world will be a more loving place. VERY well worth the purchase!
