He gives the latest information on exercise, diet, rest, medication use, and dealing with a health crisis. He manages to do this in a friendly style,occasionlyy bringing in his own personal experiences along with his suggestions on getting the most out of life. I think everyone will enjoy the discussions on sex, maintaining your brain power, and the use of alternative medicine as it relates to older people. It's a worthwhile book for everyone - smart, dummie. old or young!
