Review: If you are thinking of becoming a therapist or, if you are thinking about entering into therapy and wonder what it's all about, then this is the book for you. It provides an excellent insight into the day-to-day world of the psychotherapist and the process of therapy. If I were teaching a class on the subject, I would make it required reading for my students.
