Rating: Summary: Inspirational yet down-to-earth advice Review: Most of us who want to improve our health can benefit from Lalitha's entertaining, friendly, non-technical explanations of why we should incorporate these ten foods (or their substitutes) into our diet. She doesn't preach, but writes from an ordinary person's perspective. Her passion for health is obvious and I found it inspiring. Plenty of practical tips for using the ten foods, a few recipes, lots of good references and anecdotes about her experiences. An enjoyable, educational experience. Lalitha is not a doctor or scientist and tells you up front where she is coming from -- a refreshing book of common-sense advice!
