Review: Very useful tips to implement in your personal life that will carry over to every other aspect of your life. I do not understand the negative reviews. This book was clearly not meant to be a cure-all or a "management how-to". What it contains are very useful methods to use on a daily basis that will help you get to know yourself and thus get the most out of yourself, yet it is not presented in a Tony Robbins, rah rah sort of way. You will find yourself tabbing the pages and referring to little quotes and phrases here and there long after you have completed the book.
