Summary: A TRUE GEM AND MUST READ FOR PEACE AND HEALTH!
Review: Probably the BEST book I have ever read on attaining mental peace and physical health. I consider this the ultimate guide for achieving purity of mind and body. Of all the books I have on health and longevity, I am amazed at how often I refer to this one for guidance. Da Liu can be considered the father of T'ai Chi in this country as he introduced the ancient exercises in the U.S. in the 1950s. The book provides programmed guidance on not only T'ai Chi itself, but also specific breathing and dietary instructions. But probably the most important information in this gem is the advice on achieving internal peace. I most highly recommend this book if your interested at all in improving your health and living a life of internal calm. The book would probably be most useful and appealing to anyone that has been exposed to other eastern or Taoist literature.
