Review: I use her recipe for cleansing grains every day. It's the only thing I've found that cleans my super dry skin without leaving it drier. Also used her directions to henna my hair for the first time. I order her products as well and they are all wonderful.

Review: Rosemary Gladstar truly knows her subject matter. She has perfected the way to individualize health concerns and write detailing the herbal treatments for that area. In this book, however she has given us the most important and the most "universal" (in terms of their diverse uses) herbs that we should always have on hand. I don't think it was an accident that her name is Rosemary. Good work Ms. Gladstar.
