Summary: A Historical Book
Review: This is simply a historical book because the author decodes for the first time the hidden meaning of internal alchemy. He shows how Taoist internal alchemy and the internal alchemy of the Kabballah are essentially the same!

I do not know why the other reviews here are lack luster. Also Mantak Chia wrote the foreword to this book. The person below is masquerading.

Summary: Is this a book report or a book?
Review: This must have been written by the author's children (assuming he has any). It attempts to compare and contrast two spiritual schools of thought. Remember when your 3rd grade teacher told you to "compare and contrast?" Enough said? He gets one star just for writing it, much like you get 200 points on your S.A.T. just for showing up.
