Review: This is an excellent, well-researched book on plastic surgery. The fact that the author is not a plastic surgeon is a big plus. She covers the material thoroughly (including microsurgery) and objectively. There is new information not available in the other books on cosmetic/plastic surgery. She's experienced cosmetic surgery and explains what it's like from a patient's viewpoint. But this isn't just another book about a patient's experience. There is thorough information in this book and it is well arranged and very accessible. Her coverage of the subject is very thorough. I definitely recommend this book.
