You were recommended so highly I had to check it out, but honestly, I figured I would probably find I'd heard it all before. Not so! Our metabolism is the rarely mentioned key to achieving the weight and energy level we desire -- and I had never heard anyone put it all together they way you have. I'm recommending your work to all my friends. Feel free to let others know I wholeheartedly endorse your book.

Rating:  Summary: I have finally found the answers!! Review: I have finally found the answers. It is all right here in this book. I've been looking for a step by step process that shows how to lose weight. I lost 23 lbs in 25 days by reading and following the advise in Maximize Your Metabolism. Anybody can follow it and lose weight. I'm sleeping better, my work day is more productive, and I am more creative in my life. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to lose weight or just improve their overall quality of life.
Rating:  Summary: Great Book! Review: I just met this author at a celebrity book signing that he was doing in LA. He was not only a great guy, but he absolutely "looks the part". Most of the health & fitness guru's or diet experts I've met over the years look relatively out of shape...to put it nicely - but this guy looks great, has tons of energy, and his advice is very helpful. I took his book home, read it cover to cover in 2 days, implemented what he advises in the book, and have since used his techniques with my own personal clients (I'm a certified personal trainer in NY). My clients are reaching their goals and they thank me, when in all honesty, they should be thanking my 'teacher' - the author of this book - Christopher Guerriero. This book is a treasure of secrets that personal trainers like me rarely share with our clients. It's a must read.

Rating:  Summary: I recommend this book to anyone who's fed up with scams... Review: I ordered this book after hearing the author speak on a radio interview in my area. He sounded different than all the rest of the self-proclaimed experts out there so I thought I'd give his book a try. I found it very different - and the results I got were amazing. He focused on 12 different techniques (not just diet and exercise) that helped me reach 137 pounds, after being over 200 pound for more than 3 years! His mental exercises kept me motivated and on taget the whole time. I recommend this book to anyone who is fed up with all the scams and ready to get all the results they really deserve.
Rating:  Summary: It worked for me! Review: I'm one of those guys who rarely, if ever, get results from the diets I follow - but this book doesn't miss a beat! Everything that I needed to do to lose weight and get my body hard was included and laid out in a simple format! I love this book, and I hope to one day meet the author at one of his seminars to thank him. My advice to you is to get this book and read it carefully, it contains some really great information that you must know to lose weight.

Review: I'm very impressed with the speed at which I lost the weight, and I now look forward to using the techniques taught in the book to keep the weight off permanently. I lost 28 pounds in the first 30 days...I now sleep better, feel better, look better, and I love living life in my new tight body. I've read a lot of books and tried a lot of other programs, but this one is the first to put it all together without holding back anything - it's rare to find an author who truly knows what he's talking about and is willing give far more than he promises, but this guy does just that! Get this book, you'll be glad you did - just like me.

In fact, I think I've tried almost every diet and exercise program out there, so I think I'm experienced enough to talk about this topic. This book is amazing - it contains information that I knew was missing from other books and programs. In 23 days I reached my goal, and I'm still going further! I love how I feel and I owe it all to the program laid out in this book.
Rating:  Summary: Dissapointment ! Review: Just another Marketing book about Excercise and Nutrition. No specific Plans pro bodytype, vague guidelines, a lot of repetitions of known things. It seemed me like a copy - paste from other excersice and nutritional books...My personal recommendation: do not waste your money here ! (This review reflects my personal experience with the book)
