Summary: A helpful guide
Review: Any man that has to pick-up a book on how to get laid, is equally as pathetic as a woman at a "Rules" book-party-signing. You want to know how to get laid, here are some tips: 1)Be a honest and emotional available 2)Stop viewing women as sexual objectified ..., but as potential friends and partners 3)Relax and be yourself. There, I just saved a bunch of the male population a couple of bucks! Gentlemen, the mystery is unveiled.

Summary: Waste of money
Review: Graff does a kick a** job with this book. This book is easy to read and understand and tells you what you want to know about getting laid (and it's pretty funny). This book and John Fate's "The Nice Guys' Guide to Getting Girls" is what every man needs to read. I read both books easily in one night and learned so much from them. I've learned what I've been doing wrong for oh so many years. Thank you to the people who write these books because without them, I'd still be lost!

Summary: ONE OF THE BEST!!!
Review: I loved this book. I've read many dating guides and been studying seduction for the past few years. This is one of the most practical books out there. Trust me, if you read all the others they will take ideas from this book and greatly expand the ideas.

Graff and Schwartz come up with fun and memorable rules for dating that I use every day when approaching women. This book has been worth it's weight in gold.

Some people complain that this book is too short. Well, I will tell you that for me I am not interested in wading through pages and pages of information. If there is a bottom line approach to picking up chicks, that's what I want. The Rules for Getting Laid provides the basic rules than then leaves room to use them in your own manner.

I consider this information to be the foundation of dating success with women. I've used it to pick up lots of hot babes.

Summary: Very Useful
Review: In my opinion the principals set down in this book are golden. The authors clearly have a clue about what they are talking about and offer useful and practical advice to us guys who are shy and don't feel comfortable approaching women. I was very impressed with the amount of information that was packed into this book. I have started to apply the information in the book and started to have success with women. I have highly recommended this book to my friends and we've all enjoyed it. Yes, the book is not very long (120 pages), but the information that is contained is very useful. The authors offer principals, rather than dull information. I personally really approach both the tone of this book and the information.

Summary: KINGS OF SHALLOW PURSUITS
Review: My favorite authors - David Graff, Kevin Doyle and R. Don Steele - are the kings of shallow pursuits.

Summary: A REAL EYEOPENER FOR ALL WOMEN TO HAVE
Review: This book is almost identical to, but not as complete as, How to Succeed with Women. Thus, I'd recommend the latter. Also not as good as the old standby, Make Every Girl Want You: How To Have Sex With Hot Girls Without Even Dating Them.

Summary: A helpful guide
Review: This is a very readable book. I find it helpful at times when my dating life is not up the high standards I have set. The authors make you feel as it they are talking directly to you, which is a big plus. Probably the biggest lesson I got out of the book is to expect flakiness from women, and not take it too personally or seriously. Of course there comes a time when you have to move on if a woman is not giving some reasonably positive vibes, but The Rules teaches a bit more patience than is natural for a lot of guys (such as when you don't get return phone calls).

Summary: FInding your way with Women
Review: What does it take in today's modern world for a man to have a lifestyle that includes abundant sex? The authors of this book feel they have the answer. They include 37 short chapters on how to have your way with women and how to keep them coming back for more.

Much of what is written in this book is old news, and the majority of the tips given are obvious. Do I really need a handbook to tell me that expulsion of gas from a man's body, while in the company of woman, is a bad idea and could turn her off? Do I need someone to tell me that dating can get expensive; that wearing condoms is a very good idea; and that I should never physically hit a woman? This all sounds pretty basic to me.

On the other hand, the authors of this book do manage to present some good, solid advice that some men- especially younger ones- may not be aware. For example, one of the chapters talks about not treating a woman as a buddy and avoiding answering questions and taking on the role of a therapist. If you want a woman to look at you in a romantic way, you need to let this be known to her immediately. Once she looks at you as a friend, there is very little chance for a sexual relationship later on because, among other things, she won't want to spoil the friendship. I have seen men fall into this trap many times, and they often cannot figure out why the woman doesn't look at them in a romantic way. This is one area where the author's seem to hit the nail on the head. They are also correct when they explain how important it is to maintain one's self respect by never groveling for sex. And they are correct when they point out that there are plenty of women available to start a relationship with (women outnumber men in the world) and a man should never develop the attitude that he will never meet another woman. This is false, and it can easily lead to missed opportunities.

Overall, though, this book is pretty lame and not very useful except to the most desperate men among us who can't seem to get anything going with women and want to make a change that will improve their sex lives. Most readers will find this book slightly humorous, but limited in usefulness. There just isn't much originality in this guide. It should be viewed mainly as a novelty book; good for a few laughs, but not meant to be taken that seriously.
