Review: I enjoyed this book and found all of the suggestions for incorporating color into my wardrobe really helpful. Feng Shui Chic explains why you can feel down when you wear all dark colors all the time (like I used to!) -- and how and why other colors can affect your mood -- Feng Shui Chic really works, good stuff!

Summary: A fun read with some interesting ideas
Review: I wouldn't claim that this is Feng Shui in the sense that most people understand it, although it does have a lot of information about how colors, etc. affect your energy level. It is more related, perhaps, to the astrology segments of Feng Shui, some of which don't translate as easily in the West.

Either way, whether you follow Feng Shui practices or not, this is a charming, well-written book with a lot of ideas on how colors, fabrics, and even cut in clothing can affect your mood.

If you read it as more of a style advice guide coming from a different perspective, it's wonderful; if you're looking for a more complete Feng Shui book, however, try "Feng Shui Your Life".
