Much of this book concerns the "meditation link" found in lucid dreamers; the lucid dream is explored as a step along the path to higher conciousness. Gackenbach combines ample fact-based information from dream research with excerpts from actual dreams. "Control Your Dreams" is a fascinating read with a highly original point of view.
