Review: The gorgeous evocative paintings in this book set it apart from all other meditative books I've read. My favorite picture is of a woman standing on a mountain with the sun above her head. This book proves that creativity and tranquillity of mind can be enhanced by beautiful colors and images. I've kept a journal since I was eight, and it was a useful tool because of the symbols in the back help you create your own multi-media journal.
