A phenomenal language constructions does not show logic, coherence and scientific backup.
By the way....... what is the authors qualification? lol

Yes, it was intense -- the purification process laid out in this book took me 9 days, 5 hours a day. But it changed my life.I spent my childhood swimming on a beach that boasted a view of a nuclear power plant - it sat on the same lake, just down the beach a bit. Living in big cities, I absorbed plenty of toxins from the air and the water. These reasons alone would have justified the time and energy it took me to handle the toxins - but I really needed to handle the effects of medical drugs I'd taken over the years, not to mention the street drugs I had "experimented" with when I was in college. Before I did the purification process, I felt very foggy - I couldn't think as clearly as I wanted to. I was critical of everyone and everything. I had trouble reading -- I was just too foggy! By the time I completed the program, I was a different person. It's like I had been viewing the world through the wrong end of a pair of binoculars - everything seemed so distant, and I was disconnected from it all. Now I know that was the effects of the drugs - not only did they create this distance between myself and the world, but they also created the negativity and critical attitude I had. The strange thing is, I didn't even realize I was critical until I was on the program, and it alleviated! I found myself feeling young again - bright, joyous, able to really take pleasure in life. I like people again! This was an amazing process for me. It gave me back my life. I can't recommend it highly enough for anyone who has had any medical treatments or drugs.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Very thorough Review: I found Clear Body Clear Mind to be very helpful and very thorough. The program does require some time commitment, but to be rid of toxins (of all kinds) has got to be worth the effort. The book gives you more than enough information to do the program on your own - just be sure to follow it the way it's laid out and you'll have superb results. See also Purification.org.

Ron Hubbard's works and Clear Body, Clear Mind is no exception. With the amount of technical breakthroughs Mr. Hubbard has made on detoxifying the body and ridding a person from drug dependancy, this has to be one of the greatest achievements of the 20th century. A work of genius, as can be expected of the author. I highly recommend this book to anyone who wants to handle toxins and drugs once and for all. The end result is spectacular. I did the program 7 years ago and haven't taken any drugs or alcohol since. It's time tested by me.
Rating: ![1 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-1-0.gif) Summary: Scientology's detox is "lotsa sweat" - but no good Review: This book - like many others from L. Ron Hubbard's bare cupboard - spends a lot of time saying three things: 1. Drugs are SO, so, so bad for you, so addling, so wrong, toxic, poison, and our world is full of them, and your body won't let go of what it took even years ago. 2. Solution is NIACIN in insane quantities and sitting in hot saunas for days on end (note: THIS can be DANGEROUS to some people, please research material outside of the C of S before attempting anything this book suggests.) 3. Once you've gotten clear of drugs, you can now do so much more with your healthier mind, blah blah blah please check out some more of our literature, come take a personality test? Scientology got heavily into the drug "treatment" racket as a means of legitimizing itself, but it backfired when the treatment was proven ineffectual and dangerous to some.
Essentially, I surmise most folks who took this purification treatment ended up clean and sober after they joined Scientology, and found they'd no more money to afford their drugs with. If you are seeking help please keep looking, but find some people who can help you who have better credentials and who are not affiliated with a cult.
Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: An Exellent Book Review: This is one book anyone looking to rid their body of residual drugs of the past should read ---and do the procedures outlined in the book. The critics of this program are doctors who stand to lose patients if this ever gets into mainstream America and who have a vested interest in keeping this technology quiet. They have a vested interest in the status quo. I've taken a few hits of weed in highschool and lots of over-the-counter drugs for colds, headaches etc. Since doing the program I haven't experienced near as many headaches as I did prior to the program. If one hasn't done the program, or hasn't done it exactly as outline, then how can one honestly put it down. Try it and feel better about life
