Summary: Maximizing Your Natural Abilities
Review: This is without a doubt the most insightful book on character traits, personalities, natural strengths and weaknesses and how to maximize your natural abilities. Not only does it help in determining your own characteristics, but also those of your family, co-workers and clients. It is especially helpful in learning why your spouse does the things he/she does - and to be forgiving instead of intolerant. Another title for the book could be "Understanding Those Around You".
This book is a must for those in the "people" industry - which means everyone!

Summary: Be yourself!
Review: Wow, where to start? I want to tell the world about this book! An incredible tool for self-discovery and understanding the people in your life, this book belongs on the shelf with the best of self-help. Written in simple, easy to understand language and analogies that make things crystal clear, this author explained to me why I've tripped up in the past and then showed me how to "manage my abilities" so I won't do it again. If you want to free yourself from the past and move forward in the right direction - read this book!

Summary: Why Can't You Be Normal ? ? ?
Review: Yes ... I've been asked that question ... and ... yes ... I have also had the urge to ask that question. However, this book provided insight into personality dynamics between and within myself and others ... thus helping me understand how silly that question actually is. The primary benefits of having read this book ... are that I feel better able to celebrate my victories and strengths ... and more importantly ... I am better able to recognize people and environments that are toxic ... to me (i.e. not toxic in an absolute sense). This has made it easier for me to exercise the power of choice ... by either consciously making allowances ... or intentionally disassociating. I would strongly recommend this book to anyone who is serious about self-improvement ... in an absolute sense.
