It helps to organize some of the very important steps of the depression proces, if you could say that!, yet, it is very well organize, and very easy to read, it allaud you to develop a new diet and many ways to rescue yourself from this sad illness. Then again you will find some hope, wich is resume in one word: SAMe. Angela.

Review: This book is well written and suggests that patients must take charge of their medications and what to do next....We have come across new info that suggests that SAMe being a synthetic will not absorb more than 1%.....my wife started last week and we are waiting for a change.....the new info suggests that just taking methionine in the natural form will produce more SAM than the synthetic....?
