Review: I found this book to be a remarkable story about a remarkable woman. It tells of a life of courage and her quest for knowledge. Ms Benford's research into the authenticity of the Shroud of Turin is well documented and her theories are most compelling. She brings you up to date on the latest scientific research. This book attempts to bridge the gap between the scientific and the paranormal, the natural and the supernatural, a challenge indeed.
Ms Benford's research into the life of Jesus and the apostles is thought provoking as it challenges many accepted Christian Doctrines. I would recommend it to readers with an open mind in their spiritual quest or who like "profiles in courage".

Review: I love this book! There are so many good things that I can say about this book but I only get 1,000 words. I was lead to this book and drawn to it's title then drawn to the author. Since I started reading this book, I have opened up different doors to my soul. A great understanding has come to my heart about Jesus and what he wants from all of us. My questions have been answered and my past spiritual experiences have been confirmed. This book speaks of things that..to the physical..would be unbelievable but to the spirit it is knowledge. I cried many times reading this book because I knew it was real. This book has passionate knowledge of the "truth" and it clears up all misunderstandings that have been put in our heads by man in "the name of God". A long time ago, everyone got a piece of the truth...then ran in different directions and made up the rest. How we got stuck in "the rest?" I don't know but M. Sue Benford clears that up in her book. She has taught me to speak eloquently about Jesus and be able to defend him in a loving way. I have communicatedwith the author and she is a dear.Her full soul is so strong that it reaches out to you. Every bit of this book is phenomenal and it has enhanced my spiritual growth and understanding of our Lord. My face and my body is full of light when I read this book. Everything she speaks of has happened to me or happens after I read it. I started to meditate and become closer to Jesus and my angels. I've seen Jesus in dreams and visions all my life. M. Sue Benford made me feel like I'm not alone with these experiences. Read this book with an open heart and open mind. I have a better understanding of my "self" while experiencing this book. I recommend that the world reads this book.I got chills when I read the part about Martin Luther King Jr. Buy it and read it and you'll know what I mean. If you want to know our God and our Lord....then let M. Sue Benford introduce you to him. You'll realize he's always been there waiting for you to speak to him. Unconditional love...what an answer! Review: Is it possible to prove to people the existence of a miracle? How do you convince a person that the belief in Spring's arrival is more important than the Robin's return in evidence? I don't know that humanity is ready for the scientific proof it asks for in regards to certain miracles, but M. Sue Benford is giving it a try.

Review: Sue Benford does a phenomenal job of telling her incedible life story. Her battle with childhood cancer and defeat of death left her with a weakened body, but a strengthened will. Despite the odds, Sue becomes a world champion power lifter! Her personal struggles and triumphs lead her to investigate the workings of religion and the universe. Sue is led on her quest by the telepathic voices of her guides, John and Jesus, who's knowledge and wisdom is proven over and over again. Sue is lead to information that helps her to unravel many "hidden" mysteries of religion and the universe, from the authenticity of the Shroud of Turin, to the real meaning behind the Gnostic gospels!
I have read many books on the subject in my own quest for understanding, from Raymond Moody, Melvin Morse, Michael Talbot,
Edgar Mitchell, Elaine Pagels, Fred Alan Wolf, etc. It is like all of the books that I have been reading over the years in my little quest to understand God's universe is coalescing, and this book was a major key. Sue brought it all together. I can't recommend this book highly enough. "Let him who hath ears to hear..." Thank you, Strong Woman, this book took great strength and courage to write. I know it changed and strengthened me.

Benford describes her spiritual awakening - through meditation, psychic counseling, research in religious texts, and guidance from spirits, angels and Christ. Milestones along the way were a series of synchronicities - those remarkable coincidences that remind us we are part of a larger, exquisitely choreographed existence. Three soulmate relationships ripened her spiritual development.

The wisdom in Benford's spiritual development is inspiring.

Benford initiated a scientific re-investigation of the shroud of Turin, alleged to have been wrapped around Christ after the crucifixion. She feels the evidence supports its authenticity. This book deserves a thoughtful read.

Review: This book renewed my belief in God and confirmed what I believed to be true about "the other side". The possibilities open up a whole new thought for me. I am not a scientist but I am a Christian and found this book to be worth reading. The author not only made it interesting with her personal life story, but her scientific work is fascinating. It is not for the closed minded. If you believe in God you must believe that there is SO much we do not understand and know. Keep an open mind, buy the book and it will truly inspire you to think in a new direction. I was not dissapointed.
