Summary: Excellent resource
Review: As the previous readers have noted, this is an excellent resource. It's so good that it seems petty to complain about the errors and typos that are found throughout the text, but they do detract from the professionalism of the book - especially since Ms. Goldman is an educator. I hope this review will at least wake up Ms. Goldman's editors to fix all the errors for the next edition. Her website has similar problems.

Summary: Incredible!
Review: The updated edition of Life and Loss is wonderful. the new chapter on the community grief team, the expanded techiques for therapists and educators, the addition of grief camps and websites for children, and the updated abundance of resources for children have increased its usefullness and deepened my understanding of working with children and grief. Thank you, Linda Goldman, for a job well done.

Summary: Wonderful!
Review: This is the best resource I have read on working with children and grief. This book is a very personal book, it feels more one-on-one than like a lecture. It is easy to read and practical in every way. I recommend this book highly to anyone who has, or is working with grieving children.
