Review: With the information in this book I can and will have hair that grows and doesn't brake out by the handfuls every time I comb it, will be stronger, healthier and thick again. She gives you the tools to treat you hair properly relaxed or not. I have been relaxing my hair for 26 years. With EVERY treatment lye or no-lye a burned scalp. My former stylest suggested I stop putting either on my hair. But I wanted straight hair not "Nappy" Lisa made me realize I had a negative attitude about my hair. That I had been told negative stuff and believed it all. I had a girl tell me she hated doing my hair because it was too thick and I needed to relax "this s_ _ _" so I wouldn't take so long in her chair. I haven't relaxed my hair for a few months and there is little to NO hair in my comb or floor anymore. "I am happy to be nappy or kinky" Nappy is my word of choice and it is positive for me. I have a much better attitude about my hair. It doesn't have to be straight to be beautiful. Thank You Lisa and God Bless!!!
