Rating: Summary: Apply word to issues of job, money, lust, family, integrity. Review: Morley does a great job of using scripture to show God has given us all the answers to the problems we face in our world today. Each chapter deals with an important issue and includes several scriptures that speak to the issue. This is a workbook so readers are forced to think about these issues and examine their own lives. This workbook is better than the regular book version because I know I would have skipped the in-depth looking at the man I see in the mirror. The spaces provided in the workbook for answers forced me to do what Morley asked: Look up scriptures and write them down, write down my heart's condition concerning the topic, and write down what God was leading me to do. Topics covered (chapter by chapter are) 1. The Rat Race 2. Leading an unexamined life 3. Biblical or Cultural Christian 4. Significance: The search for meaning & purpose 5. Purpose: Why do I exist? 6. The Secret of Job contentment 7. Broken relationships 8. Children: how to avoid regrets 9. Wives: How to be happily married 10. Friends: risks and rewards 11.
