Each chapter deals with an important issue and includes several scriptures that speak to the issue. This is a workbook so readers are forced to think about these issues and examine their own lives.

This workbook is better than the regular book version because I know I would have skipped the in-depth looking at the man I see in the mirror. The spaces provided in the workbook for answers forced me to do what Morley asked: Look up scriptures and write them down, write down my heart's condition concerning the topic, and write down what God was leading me to do.
