Rating: ![5 stars](http://www.reviewfocus.com/images/stars-5-0.gif) Summary: Research and Methodology with a Little Kick Review: Brett Pelham does a phenomenal job of bringing excitement and life to a subject matter many students and psychologists deem boring-research and research methodology. In his easy-to-read book, Brett brings comedy to confounding variables, t-scores, and placebo effects. Throughout the book, he backs up his explanation of research terms by using clear, but witty illustrations. Brett was my professor at UCLA and he used this book for his Psychology Research and Methodology course. A class I had been dreading was made alive, interesting, and easy to understand, not only through his lectures, but through this book! If you are a psychology teacher, a student struggling to fully grasp reasearch methods, or just a person who enjoys reading well written, easy to read books, with a comedic kick, then this is a great book for you! It will not only change the way you view methodology/research, but heighten your understanding of the topic.
