Summary: Not just about Reflexology but how to be and stay healthy!
Review: Frankie's book is fantastic! She has a rare skill to be able to communicate clearly and keep it entertaining.

This book is not just about the wonderful healing art, Reflexology, but discusses how the 5 body systems interact and react. Frankie talks about how you can relieve many symptoms from allergies to PMS with hand and foot reflexology as well as with other methods. I can't wait for her next book, The Complete Idiots Guide to Herbal Remedies - I know that between the two of them that I'll be able to maintain my health and heal myself naturally when I'm not quite right.

I promise you will learn much more than you expect and have fun too!

PS. Reflexology is GREAT DURING DATES to break the ice!!!! (just be sure to read page 6 before you ask your date for a treatment ;-)

Summary: Easy to understand, with stimulating information
Review: I love this book!!! As a new reflexologist, I find it so simple to use this book as a quick reference guide when I need to "remember" things I have forgotten as well, needing information on the different systems of the body. Its nice to be able to tell a client more about their problems, and even better to be able to give them advice on how to handle them holistically. This book gives great information but is funny and entertaining enough to hold any readers attention for hours!
Thank you for a great book!

Summary: Silly hippies, fairy tales are for kids
Review: I'm shocked that in this day and age people are still taken in by "alternative medicine." I find this book amusing in its complete lack of substance. It really doesn't say anything. Have you ever noticed how all of the alternatie medicine books and "professionals" always refer to these mysterious "body forces?" Of course they never say how they work or what they are, they just spin some B.S. about how balance and harmony between the forces are key. If you all stop buying their books, lectures and services, all of these malicious quacks will go away. Its really very simple. Please, please don't make the phrase "a fool and his money are soon parted" come true.

Summary: Fun & Interesting!! 5 stars!!
Review: This book is PERFECT for those just starting out in Reflexology. This book is informative, funny and extremely detailed! The books goes into much detail on all the different body systems and how everything is connected. The only thing I didn't like was that you have to read alot before you can actually start practicing reflexology. There is a part that I really enjoyed that gives you info on how to tell a person's personality by looking at their feet. :D Lots of humor and fun stuff that will make you want to keep reading until you finish. I read half of the book in the first day. You'll like it!!! :)
