Summary: Same Old Same Old
Review: A person (we'll call her Sue) had parents who screwed up in this way or that, and had this or that childhood experience, and therefore has these faults...
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
This book followed the same old formula found in many psychology books, of providing supposed examples of imperfect parents causing childhood problems which led to faulty adult thought patterns which were solved by the author's ideas...Nothing too original here. There were some good ideas - for example, I liked the idea of clearing clutter from a person's mind and life, but there was nothing here that was striking or original, and this did not present any ideas that would be easy to follow.
The title had led me to expect more.
